The construction industry faces challenges like resource scarcity, especially sand, high CO2 emissions from cement production, and increasing demand for affordable housing. Billions of tons of excavation materials are landfilled annually, occupying space and remaining unused. Their solution uses locally available excavation materials to produce a cement-free poured earth concrete. This technology allows casting and hardening within 24 hours using standard concrete infrastructure. Oxara poured earth concrete offers the benefits of traditional concrete but is cheaper and 90% more eco-friendly. When industrialized, it provides a sustainable solution for affordable housing and reduces global CO2 emissions, construction waste, and sand consumption.
