Evolving into a platform for digital services, it now specializes in recruiting pre-vetted tech talents and developing custom software products for ambitious organizations. They build web apps, mobile apps, and ERP software, leveraging technologies like blockchain and AI. Findworka also deploys developers from their Findworka Pro network, trains them through their academy, and engages with the African tech ecosystem through various impact programs, including the Saucecode Hackathon and Campus Alpha internship network. Their mission is to empower companies and workers with technology and opportunities in the digital economy. Oladele Bakare is the founder – CEO/CTO and participated in the program 2020.
